Meet Heidi Skirrow: The Founder of Our HR Support Services for Small Businesses
After time in the environmental, healthcare and education sectors, Heidi worked with Carnival UK (P&O Cruises and Cunard) in Southampton, overseeing HR Strategy & Operations for the entire organisation – 17,500 employees across 60 labour markets.
Heidi brings that big business experience at an affordable price, to the SME sector.
And when she's not working?
She loves to spend time doing fun stuff with her two children, close extended family and friends. She even enjoys being 'mum taxi' to various sports training events and watching the children play matches. Football rules the home but netball is Heidi's love!

What is Skora?
Skora or ‘scora’ is derived from Heidi’s surname, Skirrow.
Recorded in several forms (Scora, Scorey, Skirrow, Scurrer, Scurrah, Scurry, Scurrey) it is an Old English or Norse-Viking topographical word meaning a boundary marker, a ravine, or group of rocks.
Where there are people, there are boundaries. The workplace is full of them.
A boundary has several definitions:

A real or imagined line that marks the edge or limit of something
